Revised XSD expressions based on Pacific meeting feedback

Hello all,

Please find revised XSD schema expressions in:

   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=19191

These are based on the files posted by Sylvia:

   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=19156

and incorporate issues raised in the Pacific 
meeting 2006-07-17.  The following changes to 
Sylvia's files have been made to create this collection of schema files:

  - changed filenames of "-2.xsd" to be "-2.0.xsd"

  - changed schemaLocation attributes of "-2.xsd" to be "-2.0.xsd"

  - added reference to UBLExtensions to each document model

  - added extension schema fragments to common directories

  - added comment reflecting this is a modification from the files
    supplied

  - replaced all attributes containing "UUIDID" with "UUID"

  - replaced

        urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:CoreComponentParameters-2

    with

        urn:un:unece:uncefact:documentation:2

    in common\UBL-*.xsd

  - replaced fixed= with default= in qDT module

  - replaced default="0.3" with default="2001" for CurrencyCodeType
    listVersionID

  - changed <xsd:schema ... version="2"> to <xsd:schema ... version="2.0">
    in all schemas

Based on decisions made in tomorrow's Atlantic 
call, I can create a new set of schemas with additional agreed-upon changes.
