NDR WORK SESSION

   G. Ken Holman has raised a number of questions needing
   resolution today.

SIGNOFF ON SCHEMAS FOR PRD2

   If we are to be able to work on comment disposition from PRD2
   at the meeting in Montr�al, we must begin balloting PRD2 a
   few hours after this Atlantic TC call.  Remember that we don't
   have to agree on anything but the schemas at this point, and
   even there we're OK with later changes as long as they wouldn't
   require a user to modify software as a result.  It's understood
   that we will continue to work on the informative parts of the
   release during the week we're balloting the CD.

   If we can't agree to start balloting PRD2 during this call,
   it's not the end of the world, but it will mean that we start
   slipping further behind on eventual delivery.

ACTION ITEM REVIEW

   Moved here from the Pacific TC call:

      ACTION: NDR editors to look at the syntax of the QDT for
      ChannelCode and tell TM whether this is a legal restriction
      under our NDRs.

         Pending.

   ACTION: JB to get new set of licenses from Altova.

      JB: Have sent the request; no reply yet.
