Colleagues – Here is my first stab at drafting a
response for the Member Section on the proposed OASIS IPR Policy.  It is
not complete, in that John Messing may want to
add additional requests based on his parsing of the legal language of the policy. 
It is not final, in that we may decide not to submit these comments, or to
change them after you have reviewed my draft language.

 

Chet – Don Bergeron suggested that we get your
suggestions, particularly on the 4^th proposal having to do with
individual memberships.  Can you help us strengthen this recommendation?
