REST profile

All,

As mentioned on the last call, David Brossard and I have started working on a REST profile for XACML and we add the media types description to it. Can I have a template document for that, so that I can start to write up our thoughts and post a working draft to the list?

David is also working on the "JSON over HTTP" profile. He thinks there is value in separating that from the REST profile. I'm a little worried that, with the existing SOAP profile, we'll end up with three "web services" profiles. What do you think?
