Call info for Kars UBL TC meeting *** important changes ***

Hello UBL TC,

Following this morning's test call, we've decided on a split mechanism
for conferencing at the meeting in Kars next week.  We will use
GoToMeeting for visuals ONLY and the regular Skype connection for audio.

As previously announced, the opening plenary will begin at 9:15 in Kars:
