TM: It appears that the PSC will be submitting spreadsheets

for 2.1 to the TC around 8 September.

Subcommittee report: TSC

TS: A meeting has been scheduled for this Thursday (not last

Thursday as previously reported).

Review of Atlantic call

No comments.

INTERNATIONAL DATA DICTIONARY

GKH: Posted 7-8 diffs between Roberto's spreadsheets and the

Update spreadsheets; assuming that Roberto will address these.

UBL WORK SCHEDULE

ACTION (1/8): JB to revise the work schedule spreadsheet.

AGREED to make this an agenda item for Montréal.

CUSTOMIZATION GUIDELINES

AGREED that JB will accept previous changes to the current

draft, make an editorial pass, and then circulate to the TC,

noting that sections relating to Parts 2 and 3 are just

placeholders.  [This is the same as our previous decision,

except that JB now has an AI to do an edit as soon as he can

get to it.]

AGREED that we will not wait for completion of Part 1 (Design)

to complete Part 2 (specification: MC and MG) and Part 3

(validation: GKH); this work should be added to the agenda for

Montréal.

UBL 2.1 ISSUES LIST

ACTION (12/18): TM to populate the new issues list with all

currently known UBL 2.1 issues.

2008 TC MEETING SCHEDULE

4-8 August 2008 in Montréal

Confirmed.  Hotel Europa, rue Drummond (the week prior to

the Balisage conference in the same location).  See Atlantic

minutes for current attendance list.

GKH: Why did "MONTRÉAL" (with an accent ague on the capital E,

as is proper for Canadian French) come through as "MONTRAL"

last week?

JB: The E accent ague appears to have been swallowed by the

mail facility provided on the OASIS TC page, which I used last

week because my address was changing.  I will send from my

ibiblio account this time and see what happens.
