3th public review

Dear TC


We had some consultations in the Danish UBL implementation group and we agreed that we can accept a 3th public review under the follwing conditions:

1) The number of changes if limited to what there is agreed on at the PSC meeting 21th of august.
2) The TC will be able to set up a schedule for when UBL2 will become an OASIS standard.
3) Denmark will have full control of the production of the changes in the spredsheet and the production of the new schemas 

4) The UBL TC is aware of that the 3th public review is intended to be the last.
