Agenda for Atlantic UBL TC call 2 August 2006

[This agenda from last week was sent out on time but didn't make
it through due to a massive server crash at OASIS.  I finally sent
it manually to a list of UBL TC members (not observers) just
before the Wednesday Atlantic TC call.  Since the latest list I
happened to have was from June, not everyone got the message;
there was unfortunately nothing I could do about this.  As the
event has passed, this posting is simply to put the agenda into
the archive.]

Note that this will be the last Atlantic TC call till 30 August.
