Please change the extension on this attachment to .zip.  

This represents the submissions from the Tax XML TC for UBL 2.0
consideration along with additional comments to Tim McGrath's original
questions to the TC.

It was decided not to change the format of the submission spreadsheet to the
current UBL spreadsheet format due to the discussions about modifying the
spreadsheets for UBL 2.0.

I apologize for the delay in submitting this. I have been sick.
