[regrep] Next telecon

I will be out of the office all of next week, so will not be available for
our telecon.  Joe has graciously agreed to run the telecon in my absence.
(call in number and passcode the same as last time)  The agenda will be
focused on the remaining proposals.

I will catch up with you when I return August 26th.
