[regrep] Face-to-face update

The hotel will indeed be providing us with a room for all three days (Sept
23-25).  However, we will be responsible for our own meals.  We are
currently working on network connections and a projector.  We may need a
volunteer to bring a projector, but I will let you know if that is the case.
