RE: [regrep] RIM V1.12 for review: RIM spec vs.schema difference s

Here is the first of two comment documents. 

Comparing the latest RIM 1.12  vs. the latest rim.xsd, there are quite a few
(mostly minor) differences.  Most could be fixed by changing either the RIM
spec or the schema (and I don't know which is correct).
