 for Stateless Packet Filtering v1.0 Working Draft 08 
has been submitted by the AP-SC as ready for balloting as the next CSD / PRD version of the document.

As a co-chair of the TC, I approve the eballot and authorize TC secretary to prepare/issue the eballot
 on making this WD a CSD and submitting for public review as a CSDPR.
