        Uploading WD04 of the HTTPS Specification, based on the "Working-pr01" branch of the repo (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-impl-https/tree/working-pr01). This WD version has MD and HTML versions; the MD version is authoritative.

This version has consensus support of the IC-SC, and will be submitted for ballot as the next CSD / PRD (potentially with minor updates for consistency with the other specifications).

        Working draft 4 of the "Specification for Transfer of OpenC2 Messages Over

HTTPS", incorporating changes in response to comments from public review #1

and to maintain consistency with the other OpenC2 specifications. This

submission has MD and HTML versions; the MD version is authoritative.

This draft will be submitted for TC review.
