        Updating WD04 of the HTTPS Specification due to minor Section 1 changes over the last week for consistency with the Language Specification. 

This version will be the focus of a ballot for approval as CSD 04 and release for second public review.

        Working draft 4 of the "Specification for Transfer of OpenC2 Messages Over

HTTPS", incorporating changes in response to comments from public review #1

and to maintain consistency with the other OpenC2 specifications. This

submission has MD and HTML versions; the MD version is authoritative.

This draft will be submitted for TC review.
