I'm in complete agreement that a standard meeting time makes sense. If nothing else, it simplifies the prioritization exercise for heavily scheduled people.

I will make a statement against this proposal; I am OK with the idea of
stating that 13:00 Eastern is preferred, but I do not see the value in
artificially constraining our subcommittee chairs and/or team leads. I

I would like to motion that we move and set all OpenC2 meetings to be at 13:00
ET, regardless of the day. This will make it easier for participants to have
predictability in the schedule and will prevent conflicts when SC and working
groups pick ad-hoc times.
