Issues with EDXL-HAVE Committee Specification XSD

Having reviewed this and generated latest (R5) into CAM template - and started working with the new Want List exclude() features in CAM - I hit on this - that I'd previously missed.

 

Clearly right now - we're forcing people to provide all the items marked in red.

 

This is not consistent with our approach in the main structure.

 

And it will be a significant burden on message design and implementation.

 

We can quickly solve this easily be making these items marked - as optional.

 

I'd like to propose we update the XSD accordingly.
