Draft Reply To PPW Letter

Attached is the draft reply to PPW. Its only a couple of pages, so it
should not take a lot of time to review. If at all possible, I would
love to ship this out to them by the end of the week. If you need more
time, for any reason at all, then please just email me and let me know.
