Colleagues - Pete Wenzel, chair of the OASIS TAB, has offered to take up
this topic with Patrick Gannon, CEO of OASIS.  Patrick will be asked to
confirm that OASIS is willing to co-sponsor a workshop on this topic and to
make the necessary overtures to W3C.  I will let you know the outcome as
