Michiharu,
I just got off the phone with our ISP to see why xacml.org wasn't
resolving properly.  It seems that Psoom let the registration of the
domain name expire.  In order to resolve this problem Psoom will either
have to update their registration or see about transferring the domain
registration to OASIS.
