Issues list update for tomorrows call

The updated issues list has been posted at:

Tomorrow the following issues will be reviewed and voted upon to change 
the statuses as follows. Pending issues are ones that have been 
discussed this week and we would like to formaly vote on to change their 
status to Accepted. This will indicate to the editors that those issue 
resolutions should now be reflected in the corresponding document. 
Completed issues indicate that the editors have made the changes in the 
corresponding document, therefore if we accept the current editors 
drafts as working group drafts all of these issues will be marked as 
closed. Below is a list summarizing the pending and completed issues 
relevant for tomorrows votes..
