It was asked of me at the F2F to restate the issue, given that it had 
changed slightly.  The only change is that the createInstance="yes" 
attribute has been removed.

    <sequence>
       <while>
          <receive createInstance>
             <correlations>
                <correlation initiate="rendezvous"/>
             </correlations>
          </receive>
       </while>
       ...
    </sequence>
</process>

The question is should this be explicitly allowed, explicitly 
disallowed, or no mention made in the spec.
