The ResponseValue ABIE was enhanced with all of the base CCTS core component type representation terms and the definitions changed to itemize the secondary representation terms applicable to each.

The TenderingCriterionRequirement ABIE was enhanced with key metadata for currency and units of measure, and the definition changed for the code type to impose the responsibility to indicate in the code any constraints on other metadata (such as code list identifier, year, etc.).  If this doesn't work we can consider itemizing more of the supplementary component metadata as ABIE members.
