- Oriol will send Ken changes to figure 17
- Oriol and Ole will make cardinality changes to accommodate group-buying and consortium-selling
- Ken will make the document type name changes
   - Expression of Interest -> Expression of Interest Request
   - Expression of Interest Confirmation -> Expression of Interest Response
   - Unsubscribe from Procedure -> Unsubscribe from Procedure Request
   - Unsubscribe from Procedure Confirmation -> Unsubscribe from Procedure
