When I look at this page about ISO8601

and specific the more detailed:

There it says ...

" A date is specified by the ISO week-numbering year in the format YYYY, a week number in the format ww prefixed by the letter W, and the weekday number, a digit d from 1 through 7, beginning with Monday and ending with Sunday. For example, 2006-W52-7 (or in compact form 2006W527"

So although there is no formal code list ... from this standard you can imply the following code list:

1 - Monday
2- Tuesday
3- Wednesday
4 - Thursday
5 - Friday
6 - Saturday
7- Sunday
