PSC AND TSC CHAIRS

   It's come to our attention that Sven Rassmussen has been listed as
   chair of the UBL Procurement Subcommittee.  It was our understanding
   that Peter Borresen is the chair.  It appears from 2010 TC meeting
   minutes that Sven was considered for PSC cochair but that we never
   formally acted on this at the TC level.

   We need to decide this week whether to formalize Sven as cochair (if
   he still desires that role).  While we're at it, I'd like to confirm
   both Peter Borresen as chair of the PSC and Andy Schoka as chair of
   the TSC so that there is no confusion about this.

   Our current voting members are:

   I'd appreciate attendance by every voting member in at least one of
