UBL 2.1 PRD3

   PSC (TM): A PSC meeting has been set for Wednesday.

   TSC (AS): A TSC issues list has been prepared that compiles issues
   from Audun, Roberto, and AS; a TSC meeting has been set for Thursday.
   We are considering the idea of a single status query.

   Documentation (JB):

      All of the figures have been reworked in an attempt to create a
      consistent style and eliminate a compute-intensive workaround in
      generating the PDF.

      The Intermodal Freight Management section has been moved to follow
      Certification of Origin of Goods.

      Section B.3.4 (Changes from PRD1 to PRD2) has been removed.

      Biggest change: The table of document schemas has been replaced by
      a new section 3.1, which provides links to everything in the
      package associated with a given schema: xsd, xsdrt, rnc, mod (.ods
      and .xls), summary, and example instance (where one exists).  This
      has allowed the removal of: the original table of document
      schemas; the list of RNC schemas in G.2; and the list of
      spreadsheets and summary reports in C.2 (note that summaries are
      now described in a new section C.3).

      A number of issues were discovered in restructuring the hub
      document that will require some action (often just answering a
      question) from PSC or TSC.

         ACTION: JB to provide PSC and TSC with a list of issues
         discovered while restructuring the hub document.

      There are also a couple of deliverables dependent on freezing the
      schemas that are listed here as AIs for tracking purposes:

         ACTION: GKH to prepare a revised table of changes from 2.0 to
         2.1 for B.3.3 once the schemas are finalized.

         ACTION: TM to prepare a set of UML models once the schemas are
         finalized.
