MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING

       JB, TM, and AS will be attending all or part of the UN/CEFACT GME
       meeting in McLean next week.

    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       No comments.

UBL 2.1 STATUS

    TSC (AS): Audun has sent XML example instances for the 2.1
    transport documents; have forwarded to TSC.

       ACTION: AS to forward the TSC models to Arianna with a request to
       update them in eDoCreator.

    PSC (TM): An issue has arisen offline: the Spanish government has a
    requirement to describe withholding tax on invoices.

       AGREED that this is a PRD3 issue that the PSC should begin working
       on now.

       ACTION: PLB to contact Oriol to get a formal statement of the
       requirement.

    Documentation (JB): Finished editing the Signature Profile; the
    document (Draft 10) is out for a review by the Security SC ending
    Sunday 27 March:

    Scheduling: JB has fallen a bit behind with the documentation but
    will resume the week of 4 April and still hopes to complete the
    package by the beginning of May.

UBL 2.1 MODELING ISSUES

    ACTION (3/1): TM to investigate whether we can formalize JB's
    suggestion to create a script or even just a manually applied
    formula to the ASBIE definitions and report findings in next
    week's Pacific call.

       Pending.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    AGREED to cancel UBL TC calls next week due to absence of JB, TM, AS.
