    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       No comments.

UBL 2.1 STATUS

    PSC: Same as last week (waiting on GKH return).

    TSC (TM): Met and went though final comments; final review has
    been posted to the TSC list:

    That review has just timed out, and the TSC spreadsheets should
    now be passed on to Arianna.

UBL 2.1 MODELING ISSUES

    From last week:

       ACTION (3/1): TM to investigate whether we can formalize JB's
       suggestion to create a script or even just a manually applied
       formula to the ASBIE definitions and report findings in next
       week's Pacific call.

          Pending; results expected by next week.

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

    TC calls next week have been canceled.  Note that call times will
    (as always) begin to shift for Daylight Saving Time beginning with
    our calls the week of 21 March.  Call times in North America will
    stay the same, but times elsewhere will shift in confusing ways for a
    couple of weeks.  Keep an eye out for further details and ALWAYS
    refer to the timeanddate URL at the top of each agenda.
