MINUTES OF PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING
MONDAY 19 APRIL - TUESDAY 20 APRIL 2010

    Additions to the calendar:

       GKH: The UN/CEFACT FMG has canceled the UN/CEFACT Forum that
       had been scheduled to run 26-30 April in Bangkok.

    Review of Atlantic call minutes

       See under Meeting Schedule.

UBL 2.1 PRODUCTION

    GKH: The missing 60th doctype has been added; the most recent
    snapshot is at

    GKH: Suggested criteria for snapshot generation: new sample
    instances; hard errors (e.g., missing 2.0 doctype); completion
    of GKH action items (CVA, etc.).  ACTION: Discuss in Atlantic
    call.

    JB: So now we're just waiting for documentation, samples, and
    code lists.

    (We discover at this point that JB failed to receive a message
    from TM containing much additional documentation.  GKH sends to
    JB.)

    JB: There will probably be some delay in getting the
    documentation done; will be out of the office 5-11 May.

2010 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    9-13 August 2010 (the week following Balisage 2010) in

       GKH: Holding a UBL International in South America is a great
       suggestion for further exploration, but it would hinge upon
       arranging some training there, and English-language training
       will be problematic.  Needs further discussion with KB, but
       not the next few weeks (in California and won't be able to
       attend Pacific calls).

       JB: Will put on the Atlantic agenda as a tracking item for
       later discussion.
