UBL 2.1 SCHEMAS
Status is given by the latest PSC minutes:

Arianna estimates that comments approved in the PSC meeting
will be implemented in eDoCreator by Thursday.
ACTION: GKH to start a build Friday morning unless notified
otherwise.
GKH: It is not clear whether Roberto's comments have been
addressed or are even registered on the issues list.
UBL 2.1 CODE LISTS
TonyC has completed his work, and GKH has included the revised
code list information in his image of the gc directory.
ACTION (3/24): AS to contact FW and decide whether there are
any transportation-related special-purpose lists for 2.1.
AS: Have contacted FW and plan to review this with them next
week.
ACTION (3/24): PLB to check with PSC regarding code lists.

AGREED that we will see what the PSC and TSC have produced at
next week's TC meeting.
UBL 2.1 SAMPLE INSTANCES
ACTION (3/24): PLB to request a set of procurement example documents
from PSC; AS to check with FW and USDOT EFM players for samples
we can anonymize.

UBL 2.1 DOCUMENTATION
The following items are pending finalization of the data model
and schemas, and it is assumed that this work will be started next week.
ACTION (2/24): TM to contact Martin and Audun to get
diagrams.
ACTION (2/24): TM to work on getting prose drafts together
and perform first pass on edit.
Documentation tracking items
- An alert ubl-dev subscriber has noted that the Actor for the
Delivery role in 2.0 appears to be incorrect:

ACTION: TM to provide the correct language for the
upcoming documentation build.
- We will have to change the schema dependency diagram and
associated prose to reflect the revised schema generation
strategy:

Corresponding changes will also need to be made to the NDR
checklist after initial testing of the preliminary schemas.
GKH: Add to the documentation tracking items: a review of
the appendix describing the val directory. Note that we
decided in Copenhagen that we would not attempt to document
a potential processing model with multiple UBL versions but
would rather assume a single-version environment. A
discussion of multi-version environments is covered in the
Customization Document.
ACTION: JB to update the TC web page to include
references to the two recently completed UBL Committee
Specifications.
UBL 2 XADES PROFILE
A new draft has been posted to the Security SC:

NDR CHECK
ACTION: BH to start checking schemas in the NIST QOD NDR
checker; this will also serve to identify places in the QOD
tool that need to be updated for 2.1.
NDR 2.1
Tracking item: we will have to review the NDR 2.1 checklist to
look for possible differences between the present rules and the
ones arrived at in Montreal.
UBL 2.0 IDD VOL. 2 (PORTUGUESE)
ACTION (3/10): KB to ping Jose.

OTHER BUSINESS
BH: The U.S. National Archives has now converted all of its
code lists (about 30 of them) to genericode. A normalized
Excel spreadsheet format has been developed to allow
maintenance of the lists by nontechnical people, the gc version
being generated from the Excel. We might want to consider this
approach for UBL users, too.
GKH: Note that CVA is going out for a vote in the OASIS
Genericode TC tomorrow.
ACTION: AS to check with USDOT regarding possible interest in
UBL Community of Interest.
