Western hemisphere participants: Note that this meeting takes
place Monday evening in your time zones.

Until August 2010, this call exists primarily to provide an
opportunity to discuss TC issues for people who cannot attend the
Atlantic call, which takes place every Tuesday at 16:00 - 18:00
UTC (11:00 in New York).  The line will be held open for 15
minutes and then the Pacific call will end if no one has joined.
