Hello UBL TC,

The third public review of the UBL 2 Guidelines for Customization,
First Edition, has ended:

No comments were received during the review period, so I now
submit to you a resolution approving PRD3 as a Committee Draft and
requesting OASIS to set up a formal vote on the Committee
Specification:

    Whereas,

       The third public review of the UBL 2 Guidelines for
       Customization, First Edition, has ended with no comments
       having been received during the review period,

    Now be it Resolved,

       1. That the UBL TC approves the Third Public Review Draft
          of the UBL 2 Guidelines for Customization, First Edition,
          at

          as an OASIS Committee Draft.

       2. That the UBL TC chairs and editors are authorized to make
          such editorial revisions as OASIS may require to suit the
          package for balloting as an OASIS Committee Specification
          and to request OASIS to conduct the CS ballot.

If you are a voting member of the UBL TC and you object to the
adoption of this resolution, please signify your objection by mail
to the UBL TC list no later than COB Thursday 10 December 2009.
If you have no objection to the resolution, do nothing.
