Review of Atlantic call GKH: Can't attend the NDR work session Wednesday, but note the addition for code list metadata sent in mail: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200803/msg00001.html No other comments. ADOPTION SC / UBL FOCUS AREA ACTION (2/26): JB to notify OASIS that we have approved formation of the Adoption SC, etc.: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200802/msg00035.html Done. GKH: Will now set up the mail list. GKH will take charge of the events area, but other members who have signed up for the ASC need to decide which section of ubl.xml.org they will be responsible for. UPDATE PACKAGE STATUS REPORT AND SCHEDULING ACTION (1/8): JB to revise the work schedule spreadsheet. Pending. JB: We are finally done making the changes and are ready to begin package assembly. The Feb. 17 cl files are the correct ones, right? GKH: Yes. AGREED that we are including in the "patch" part just the files that have changed since 2.0. All of the cl directory is new. Reviewing the package methodology and naming (see Minutes of Pacific UBL TC call 5|6 November 2007): At the end of this process, users will find the following at http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/ : os-UBL-2.0.zip The original UBL 2.0 package published November 2006. os-UBL-2.0 The same, unzipped. os-UBL-2.0-update-delta.zip Informational package of (nonsubstantive) patches to os-UBL-2.0.zip. os-UBL-2.0-update.zip The UBL 2.0 package as patched by application of os-UBL-2.0-update-delta.zip. That is, os-UBL-2.0 + os-UBL-2.0-update-delta = os-UBL-2.0.update An existing user of os-UBL-2.0 will probably need to examine os-UBL-2.0-update-delta to determine which changes to apply. A new user of os-UBL-2.0 will simply download os-UBL-2.0-update.zip. os-UBL-2.0-update The same, unzipped. Note that this is necessary in order to provide targets for the updated namespace URIs in the revised code list files. JB: Changes to the spreadsheets and schemas (documentation parts only) are recorded in a file currently called changelog.txt. Changes to the cl directory are as follows: - Repaired the entry for Bosnia and Herzegovina in CountryIdentificationCode-2.0.gc - Updated all codelist files from genericode 0.4 to genericode 1.0 - Revised content of PortCode-2.0.gc to provide additional columns and broke out subsets of that file into smaller pieces for ease of implementation - Created new version of defaultCodeList.xsl Note that for scheduling reasons this list does not include CVA files as originally intended; they will be provided in UBL 2.1. PLANNING FOR THE TC MEETING IN BOLOGNA 14-18 APRIL 2008 Only change from previous plan is Mavis's hotel: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200803/msg00002.html UBL 2.1 ISSUES LIST ACTION (12/18): TM to populate the new issues list with all currently known UBL 2.1 issues. Pending. 2008 TC MEETING SCHEDULE 4-8 August 2008 in Montr�al Confirmed. Hotel Europa, rue Drummond (the week prior to the Balisage conference in the same location). January 2009 in Fremantle Still tentative. TC CONCALL SCHEDULE Note that there will be no UBL TC calls the weeks of 7, 14, and 21 April due to the UBL TC F2F in Bologna. AGREED to change times this coming weekend per our usual policy. Email on this will follow. (Bottom line: The Pacific call time will change from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in New York as it always does.)
