Hotel for Manhattan F2F
Hello UBL,
At Ken Holman's suggestion, I've booked a room for our May F2F at
the Affinia Eastgate Tower, 222 East 39th Street (about three
blocks from our meeting place at 101 Park Avenue):

It's expensive, but then so are they all, and it comes
with a kitchen. Looks like rooms are disappearing fast, though
