    JB: Here's what I'm hoping we can accomplish in the next 48 hours:

        Today (Monday): Sanity check to TC.

        Monday/Tuesday: Discussion in Pacific Call (Tim will chair, Ken
        will help; Jon will be in transit).

        Tuesday: Changes as needed.

        Wednesday: Signoff in Atlantic TC call.  Start PRD2 CD ballot.


ACTION ITEM REVIEW

    ACTION: NDR editors to look at the syntax of the QDT for
    ChannelCode and tell TM whether this is a legal restriction.

       Pending.

    ACTION: TM to talk to PB about putting the change log into a
    form that will help indicate the differences between this
    review package and the last one.

       Pending. PB to try for a diff to TM by Friday 6/30.

    ACTION: TM to mail comment submitters with disposition of
    comments.
