I don't thnk you'll get any arguments with your suggestion, Sylvia!  UBL 
has had QA efforts throughout the development of 1.0.  In addition, I 
believe CheeKai did the round-tripping testing as part of his 
contribution of UBLish, so we had that consistency check for the 
previous release.We don't have a QA process in place now because we 
thought we were done!  This discrepancy between what the tool (EF) uses 
to produce the schemas and the model spreadsheets came to our attention 
late in the game and the number of discrepancies was unanticipated (at 
least it was a surprise to me).  So you find this situation.  However, 
we didn't in the past develop a rigorous, repeatable process, as you 
suggest, that is outside of the tool, and that is something we can look 
into as we move towards 1.1.  Thanks for your offer to contribute to 
that effort.  I'm not sure it would be a subteam of the SSC.  I think it 
belongs at the subteam-to-ubl level.
