Schema/model bugs

I note the following issues with regard to the schemas and models:

 - In schemas: need to remove GEFEG credit line per decision
   2004.03.24; see item 16B of

      http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200403/msg00208.html

 - In schemas: need to change UBL-SpecialisedDatatypes to
   UBL-SpecialisedDataTypes

 - In schemas: need to change UBL-UnspecialisedDatatypes to
   UBL-UnspecialisedDataTypes

 - In models: need to change UnSpecialisedDataTypes to
   UnspecialisedDataTypes

 - In models: need to add "-1.0" to UBL-CoreComponentTypes,
   UBL-SpecialisedDataTypes, and UBL-UnSpecialisedDataTypes
   (should be UBL-UnspecialisedDataTypes as above)
