Change the description of 5.18.38 INTERCEPT to:

Constraints: COLUMNS(DATA_X) = COLUMNS(DATA_Y), ROWS(DATA_X) = ROWS(DATA_Y), COUNT(DATA_X)=COUNT(DATA_Y)
