Thanks Karl,

I have given nearly this amount of notice to all of the TC members and
spent quite a bit of time ensuring the dates do not clash with other
events and that a good quorum of people could be available.

If I start again now then I will have to chase around again to find out
what works for people.

The courtesy I have done for people is to check with many of them
individually.

I feel uncomfortable about trying to do this all over again as the date
that is now planned seemed to fit most people.

I can try to check when the web posting of the date was made but I hope
that any small discrepancy will be ok. Let me know if you have
significant objections as the agenda, date and time and notification has
already been established.
