I DO NOT approve the quote Carol created below. It is not my belief nor the
facts on the ground re: Court Filing 1.1 that has had interoperability
testing and approval by COSCA / NACM the two main policy groups for state
court management.

As a matter of Policy we do NOT create tools!

I would rather say: "As part of OASIS, LegalXML has begun gaining energy and
momentum from the significantly better technical support for Standards
Efforts that OASIS provides.  Further we have gained much from the
documented process of OASIS and from the sound advice of Karl Best and other
members of the OASIS management staff. These new technical committees are
developing the standardized structures and vocabularies that are necessary
for the exchange of legal information. OASIS LegalXML will keep listening
actively to the Legal Community to make sure that our standards are both
efficient and effective."
