Two things I notice right off:
1) Their definition of "open standards" excludes any RAND
("reasonable and non-discriminatory") licensing scheme.
2) Their model of Organizational / Semantic / Technical
interoperability is nicely parallel to the Business Process /
Vocabulary / Transport structure we've adopted.
