By 'good' I assume you mean 'free' ;)
Check out http://www.teledyn.com/help/XML --- I have a few reviews
and pointers to various programs which do this sort of stuff ... and
a bit of a rant as to why you don't _want_ a GUI-DocBook authoring
system ("Up with GEODucks and down with GUIDocs!")
