Agenda for today's weekly working call

As we restart our regular weekly working calls following last week's
hiatus, the agenda today is fairly loose.

* ≈ 30 minutes discussion of open STIX CSD comments

* ≈ 30 minutes discussion on Malware, mainly focused on the progress
    made during last week's F2F and driving towards final consensus on
    the Malware SDO for STIX 2.1
