so seriously then, why not an html5 parser. That'll allow lone & and
other ease of use features such as unquoted attributes and omited end tags.
It inherits a lot of unfortunate element-by-element weirdness due to
(alledged) legacy browser constraints, but it has the advantage of being
(almost) there and will have a rather large user base once it really
gets going.
