I've tracked this down to an ISP screwup. The router is mapping the
external address to the wrong internal address. I'm not sure when
this happened, or why I don't see it from inside the firewall (since
normally even connections to elharo.com from inside my firewall pass
out through the firewall and back in again.) In any case, Speakeasy
says they'll have this fixed sometime this afternoon. When they do,
I'll let you know, and everyone can test this out.
