I disagree. Even in the case of the style attribute, I'm happier to see
presentation information segregated than I am to see "more appropriate"
XML syntax.
Even in XML documents, XML syntax isn't always appropriate, for a wide
variety of reasons.
In this particular case, I see Microsoft crushing yet another standard
it doesn't control and doesn't much like, so I have even less sympathy
for the argument than usual.
