Exactly what I said. Instead of (attribute name fixed, value affects
interpretation)

xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform",

Arjun proposes

xslLiteral="true"

(attribute value fixed, name affects interpretation).

The same scoping problems remain.
