Re: [xml-dev] RDDL/RDF - no RDF tax?

I notice the RDDL 2 spec has two RDF options, one somewhat readable, 
one less so. Are you asking us to pick one? Or are these just two 
options that are permitted by the RDF spec, both of which are legal 
and mean the same thing?
