Re: [xml-dev] I18n and SAX Locator ( was Re: SAX2 r2 ... last call!)

Hmm, I just noticed this after I sent the reply (original subject line)
to the sax-devel list.

Quick summary:  (1) is an RFE, can't be addressed this release
but feel free to file it at SourceForge; (2) is a good I18N point and
I plan to clarify the docs accordingly.

Followup discussions on the sax-devel list, please.
